The University Cafe’s ice cream is famous around Glasgow. For generations they have managed to maintain a quality so good it keeps customers and their families coming back too. We put this down to the experience and dedication the family put in to every scoop.

Our family’s cafe has been in business for 101 years this year. Over the last 50 years we have exclusively used Edoni Refrigeration for all our Ice cream manufacturing equipment. The service is second to none and the equipment is literally bulletproof, we actually have a couple of Edoni machines that are decades old and still don’t miss a beat! We had our vertical freezer custom built as our counter, it is a solid, beautiful work of art! It is the heart of our whole business and really takes the strain off of us during of those demanding summer months! Can not recommend them enough and simply put, Verrecchia’s ice cream would not exist without the Edoni Team behind us.
