“The Churn”, as they call it at Rossi’s Parlour in Southend, is our unique vertical ice cream freezer which is a feature on several of or machines . It produces a heavy, luxury, traditional ice cream.
Break downs are few and far between with Edoni machines, but when they last for 20-30 years, they can happen occasionally.
At times like these our very own engineers (Riccardo and William) turned round a very quick repair.
