Bicocchis first opened in Fraserburgh in the early 1900’s producing traditional handmade Italian ice cream. They now produce more than 40 flavours, all based on the original recipe, made on the premises with locally sourced ingredients.

Bicocchis have been using Edoni high quality machinery for over 20years. We have a mixer, pasteuriser, soft ice cream and a counter production storage all fitted and serviced to a high standard. Few problems have arisen in that time, but any call out is dealt with promptly and efficiently with great communication. The Edoni family have a great ethos.
